Payment: A Member’s first payment will be processed on the day they complete the Membership Agreement with Bonbon Salon Pte. Ltd. and their credit card will automatically be charged the applicable Monthly Fee on the same day of the month for the duration of the membership.  The Member authorizes Bonbon Salon Pte. Ltd. to process their credit card as described. This authorization will remain in effect unless the agreement between the Member and Bonbon Salon Pte. Ltd. is terminated, suspended or cancelled as detailed below. The Members agrees to notify Bonbon Salon Pte. Ltd. of any change to their payment information.

• Benefits may be redeemed at Bonbon Blowout Bar+ located in Marina Square, 6 Raffles Boulevard #03-120/121, Singapore 39584.
• Free Birthday Blow Outs must be redeemed within 7 days of the birth date.
• Unused blow outs may be used within 90 days from the date the benefit was acquired, after which time the benefit expires.
• Benefits are not assignable or otherwise transferable and are personal to the undersigned.

Cancelling & Freezing: A Member can cancel or temporarily freeze their membership by emailing to Bonbon Salon’s designated email address at least seven (7) days in advance of your next billing cycle to inform that the Member is freezing or cancelling. Unused blow outs may be redeemed for up to 90 days from the date the benefit was acquired, after which time the benefit expires.  All other entitlements and benefits under the Program are terminated when the membership is frozen or cancelled. Bonbon Salon Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event of failed payment or inappropriate conduct by the Member (as determined by Bonbon Salon Pte. Ltd.) which will be effective immediately.

Terms & Conditions: Subject to applicable law, Bonbon Salon Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to increase the Monthly Fee upon 30 days’ written or electronic notice to the Member. Bonbon Salon Pte. Ltd. may terminate and cancel the Program at any time in its sole discretion. In the event of termination or cancellation of the Program, or in the event the enrollment location closes, Bonbon Salon Pte.Ltd. shall have no obligation to provide, and the Member shall not be entitled to receive, any compensation in any form for any dollars or services remaining in the Member’s account as of the date of such closure, termination or cancellation. Bonbon Salon Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to transfer or assign all or any part of its interests, rights, privileges, duties and obligations hereunder to any person or legal entity without notice to the Member or the Member’s approval. The Member acknowledges and agrees that this agreement shall be binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. This agreement is subject to applicable law in the jurisdiction where the location is located, and such applicable law will prevail in the event of any conflict with the terms and provisions of this agreement. If any term or provision of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, all other terms and provisions will remain in full force and effect and such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability will not invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous proposals, agreements, representations, statements, negotiations and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning the matters set forth in this agreement.
